In July 2010 guest Matt Haines (August 2008) and his wife became the proud parents of a second baby boy. In addition, Matt is now finding work in his dream field of voice acting.

Catalino Tapia appears in People Magazine (as reported in the Bay Area Gardeners Foundation Magazine).

When our guest Catalino Tapia appeared on the Love Letters Live program April 20, 2008, he was the local recipient of the Jefferson Award. (The Jefferson Awards were co-founded in 1972 by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, former Ohio Sen. Robert Taft Jr. and Sam Beard as a “Nobel Prize for public service and community service.”)

On June 16, 2009, Catalino was one of 12 regional winners to receive the prestigious national Jefferson Award for his work with the Bay Area Gardeners’ Foundation. Congratulations, Catalino!
